The Girl Who Saved Ghosts Releases in One Month!

I can’t believe there are only 4 weeks left until The Girl Who Saved Ghosts is released! This entire year has been about revising the book, proofreading the book, marketing the book. And there’s still so much to be done!

Early reviews of the book have been terrific!

If you got an advance reader copy, please remember when you post your review to mention “I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.”

Amazon doesn’t allow review posting until the actual release date on October 17, 2017. But you can write the review whenever you finish the book and have the review ready to post or post it to Goodreads now. Early reviews are absolutely critical to a book’s success. Thank you so much for your support!

I’m hard at work on all the guest posts and interviews for my blog tour in October. I’m hoping you’ll swing by some of the posts then.

And lastly, I haven’t done a giveaway of an advance reader copy to my blog followers, and so here it is!

Comment below and you will be entered to win an advance reader copy of my book.

I will close the giveaway on September 29, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. and announce the winner in my next blog post on October 2. Make sure to get your entry in!

One month and it all begins for you again. Congrats! (No need to enter me in the giveaway for an ARC. Though I’ll definitely read your book down the road, unfortunately I don’t think I could get to it within a month. I have some other ones I need to get to first. So I’ll let others get a shot at the prize! But I look forward to reading it!)

I am looking forward to publication day! I still have the final marketing push in mid October and then in a few weeks I can relax for a bit. 😉 All the marketing and promo stuff I’ve been setting up all year will be in place and either selling books or not. Of course, I have to do lots of social media promo stuff to do in October, but the biggest long term stuff will be done. Woohoo!

I completely understand what you are saying. I’m still trying to catch up on author buddies who published in the past 12 months. I’m reading faster finally but I’ve got a big backlog!

      • Carrie Rubin says:

Yes, the backlogs are big. I like taking my time when I read–I don’t like rushing through a book. I want to absorb everything. But lately it seems I’ve had to speed up a bit in order to get through my list!

        • Kourtney says:

For me, I’ve been reading to escape the vertigo so sometimes I’m reading a book or two a week because it keeps things from going haywire. Some books demand a fast read, but I do also relish other books. I usually am slower on the nonfiction. But I always read a nonfiction while I read a fiction book. I think I have 5 years of nonstop reading to get through my tbr pile. So in real life it’s going to be a while. 😉

  2. It’s a very exciting time Kourtney! I’m about a third of the way through the book and it’s very exciting 🙂

    • Kourtney says:

It really is. I feel a little less frazzled with this book. So I’m enjoying the steps much more. Oh thank you! I really love this story, so I’m so happy to hear that!

  3. I finished it 🙂 Great work Kourtney, I enjoyed it even more than the first one – so good I could hardly put it down!
