How to Order Signed Copies

Step 1: Email Kourtney Heintz at kourtney.heintz(at)yahoo.com with your request and tell her which book or books you want and if you’d prefer a personalized message or just an autograph. Please include your mailing address in the email.

 

Step 2: Kourtney will reply with the total cost, which will be via USPS. You will make payment via Paypal. Please keep in mind that international orders have high shipping costs.

The Girl Who Ignored Ghosts is $11 + shipping

The Six Train to Wisconsin is $16 + shipping

Highway Thirteen to Manhattan is $16 + shipping

If you order two books, I can send them in 1 padded priority mail envelope, which saves you on shipping.

If you order three or more books, I will give you a 10% discount on the cost of the books.

If you are a school or non-profit institution, please contact me for bulk order discounts.

 

Step 3: Wait for your signed book to arrive with a free item of author swag!
