August McLaughlin wrote a blog entitled Cinderella Strong that I hope you’ll take a look it. It was beautiful and poignant and empowering. Yup she can do all those in a single blog post. And she included a heart-stirring music video at the end. That’s her singing and acting in the video too. Talk about amazing talent!

very cool. i will follow. i wanted to comment on your skype post too. i don’t know why they drop so many calls. it’s crazy. have u tried vonage? however, without skype in the beginning, i don’t think wifesy and i would’ve survived. it’s absolutely essential for a long distance relationship even with the drops. xoxo, sm

Very true Skype was a revolutionary thing. The video conferencing made it easy to hang out with friends around the world and build relationships. So happy it helped you and wifey through the long distance thing. But the quality has been rolling down a mountain the past year or so. 🙁
