Do The Write Thing For Nashville Auction

I’m sure you’ve heard about the horrible destruction caused by the flooding in Nashville, but have you checked out the awesome 10 day auction being run to raise money to help Nashville? They’ve got some great stuff for aspiring writers and avid readers alike. Check out Do The Write Thing For Nashville and bid on something to help raise money for a great cause.

It’ll make you feel better to help people out. And as a bonus you get something. And if that isn’t enough, auctions are fun–there’s the thrill of will I win or not? Will I be the last bid? It’s a nail-biting good time.

Last night, I won 2 items and I was shocked and thrilled. I have a romance and a paranormal mystery I’m trying to get published and I have a published author giving me feedback on the romance and an associate editor at Tor/Forge giving me feedback on the paranormal mystery. Pretty amazing stuff! And that’s just 2 of the 15 or so items listed everyday.

The items for bid are worth it and the cause deserves every penny it earns. So dig deep and place a bid…who knows you just might win something. And if you don’t, try again. It’s going on for a few more days.

Even if you get outbid on an item, you can always buy a souvenir t-shirt and still make a contribution.

And a huge thank you to:

for making the entire auction possible. These women are working their butts off and are running things so well. They deserve a thousand thank yous for their tireless efforts.

    • Yeah it’s amazing that these 3 women put this all together to help the people of Nashville. And the auctions run really smoothly. I’m in total awe of them. Absolute powerhouses with the biggest hearts in the world. Hope you find something you like!
